These Terms & Conditions indicate how the CO₂ Reductions website works and on what guidelines its services are based on. You agree to these rules if you use our services or visit our website. You must not use our website if you don’t agree. The company CO₂ Reductions is based and registered in England. We help families participate in government initiatives like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and ECO4 that help them save energy. You must be at least 18 years old to take advantage of our services.
We specialise in helping you apply for government funds, examine how energy-efficient your property is, and set up insulation and boilers. Their services cover the whole UK; however, they depend on regional programmes in some areas too. We assist people in gaining grants, but we don’t provide them directly.
Who can join the scheme depends on where they live, their property’s EPC rating, their income, and the benefits they get. You must allow inspections of property to be carried out and disclose what’s true about your boiler or insulation. There is no guarantee that your application will be accepted.
If you are renting, you need to reach out to the owner for permission, be honest, and make sure that the surveys and installations are done in a secure manner. All of us must work together to get started with the process.
We employ engineers who have been properly trained, our team handles applications, and we follow all the regulations for keeping data safe. The manufacturers of the heating systems often give warranties of a whole decade or so, but these guarantees are not under our supervision.
The government allocates grants, not us. You don’t have to pay anything up front if you qualify under government schemes.

If you change your mind, you can back out of a deal before the process is started. If recipients refuse to cooperate, give false details, or try to commit fraud with the government’s grant money, we may terminate our services.
We gather data to ensure we can offer the best services and decide on an ideal scheme for you. We must be the initial source our clients contact for complaints if it is related to the installation process.
